Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at We want you to love your items but we understand that things don't always work out, so please check out our return policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your purchase to request a refund and/or return the item(s). Usually a refund is processed within 5-10 days from the moment of the request.


We will refund your order if:

  • Item is broken or defective.
  • Wrong item arrived.
  • Has never arrived. Was lost in transit.

We will need you to provide photographic evidence of the damage to issue a refund.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some items we do not take back:

  • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags.
  • Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes.
  • Intimates, swimwear and bodysuits.
  • Pieced jewelry, cosmetics, perfume and other beauty products where cellophane package has been removed.

Refunds after product return
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
